This article is intended for all parents using the Odyssey marketplace. 

Once logged into the marketplace you will see a person icon in the top right corner.

Click on this icon and you will be brought to a screen with [Orders] as an option. 

Once you select this option you will be able to view all of your orders and their statuses. If your order does not have a status this simply means it is still pending approval with the vendor.
